Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

The majority of our orders can be sent out the same day, if placed by midday Monday-Friday.

Orders requiring pallet delivery, will require 1-2 days to be organised, but if you have an urgent order please contact us directly to discuss.

Shipping by Royal Mail

Orders under 2kg combined weight will be sent using Royal Mail's Business Tracked delivery service. This will either be 24 or 48 hour service, depending on which option you choose at the checkout. We will use either a mobile number or an email address you provide us with when booking this in, so you will be given updates on your delivery via Royal Mail. 

Shipping by APC Courier

Orders with a combined weight of more than 2kg (maximum 30kg per individual item) will be sent via our courier service, APC. This service is 24 hours (Monday-Friday deliveries) and we use them as they are reliable. Tracking is provided and your email address entered to give you email notifications of the order status. During busy times (post Bank Holidays) they may require an extra day. Please contact us at the time ordering if you specifically require it to be next day.

Shipping by Pallet

For individual items over 30kg (larger stone blocks and other items) your order will be sent on a pallet (UK). The pallet rate is set to £86.00; this doesn't change if you buy one or 10 blocks over 30kg individually. 

Shipping Internationally

As we sell a wide variety of items, some light and some extremely heavy, we are only able to send items internationally with a combined weight of 10kg. If you are interested in the heavier items and would like a quotation for delivery, please contact us directly and we will work it out for you. 

Please note: We are unable to post to PO Box addresses internationally as this is not supported by the couriers we use. We do require both a contact phone number AND an email address for international deliveries, as this is required by the couriers. There will be a delay in sending your order if you do not provide both of these at the time of ordering.
