Our claw chisel sets are available in either mallet or hammer head and in the following sizes;
13mm roughing, 20mm roughing and 32mm roughing
13mm finishing, 20mm finishing and 32mm finishing
or a set of 6: 13mm, 20mm and 32mm roughing and finishing claws
These chisels are hand forged in Italy and can be used for both limestone and marble. They have a straight octagonal body and are fire-sharp, meaning each tool is made of high carbon steel and heat treated to give a very hard and strong edge. The mallet head variety have a mushroom-shaped end.
All chisels are approximately 220mm to 240mm long.
